29th Annual Adidas Potomac Memorial Tournament

May 24-26, 2008

The Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, Inc. is pleased to help coaches in securing hotel rooms for the upcoming tournament. We ask that you thoroughly read all reservation information prior to reviewing the hotel facilities seen below and filling out your rooming list found below. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2008.

Please note all reservations must be guaranteed with an individual name and a credit card.  Any room requested without a name or credit card number will not be reserved. 

The Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD will be notifying coaches of their hotel assignment by Friday, May 2, 2008. 

Deposit Policy:  One night’s room and tax by credit card guarantee per individual reservation

Individual Cancellations:  Individual cancellations can be made by fax or e-mail, to the Conference and Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County before April 28, 2008.   Any individual cancellations after this date must be made directly with the assigned hotel within 72 hours of the arrival date.  Cancellations received after 6 p.m. EDT, Monday-Friday, will be processed as if received the next business day.
