Clopper lake has an over-abundance of largemouth bass, as well as tiger muskie fingerlings, and a hybrid cross of northern pike and muskellunge. The lake also contains catfish, bluegill, black crappie, brown bullheads, common carp, and pumpkinseed sunfish
