FULL TROLLEY OPERATIONS RESUMED

Full trolley operations have resumed at the recently opened National Capital Trolley Museum's new and enlarged facilities in Northwest Branch Park near its previous location. Permanent displays, video presentations, a model of the Chevy Chase trolley line, Street Car Hall, a gift shop and unlimited trolley rides through the park await the visitor. The Conference and Visitors Bureau (CVB) has been working closely with the USGA on hospitality outreach for visitors, including a welcome campaign called "We're Open!" which will draw attention to Montgomery County businesses. This campaign will include street banners/signage and buttons distributed to front line employees in Montgomery County. The highlight of this program is a discount card promotion limited to Montgomery County business participation only. The goal is to drive economic impact within Montgomery County during this high traffic event.
