Holiday Destination lights up Silver Spring with dazzling color and brilliant lights. This 30 foot abstract art work records where the citizens of Silver Spring will travel this holiday season. In October, residents placed plastic bottles in color-coded receptacles describing each persons holiday destination: somewhere hot, red; somewhere cold, blue; somewhere exotic or foreign, green; staying home, yellow; and for those traveling to wherever winter takes them, silver. Come see what this recycled art work says about you!
