Peter and the Wolf is based on Prokofievs popular tale of good versus evil, but the Puppet Co.s version is a new approach, using character dialogue rather than narrative to develop the plot. It starts with an introduction to the themes in the work as well as to musical instruments used to signify each character. It then blends into the story of Peter and his animal friends' attempts to capture wily wolf Old Lupus. Runs Jan. 13 " Feb. 19.
